International (Outside of UK) Returns
Depending on the service you used to return your item(s), it can take between 7 - 14 days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team here in the UK, you will get a notification by email once this has been processed.

If your return is marked as delivered, don't worry, our Returns Team will get to it as soon as possible.
I want to return an item (UK Only)Free Returns by Royal Mail
Fitsix currently offers free returns via Royal Mail Tracked Returns. Of course, you are not obliged to use the free returns service we offer, but should you choose not to, you will be completely liable for the costs and tracking of returning your goods to Fitsix.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your returns label by email.
You will also need to include a Returns Form with the item your returning inside the package, otherwise the returns team will be unable to process the return for you.

When you receive your order and you would like to return the item(s), You have 14 days from the date you received your items to return them. If you are within 14 days and you would like to process a return, please notify contact our Returns Team at: email@example.com
If you would like to return an Item, Please follow these instructions:
1: Contact our Returns Team to request a Free Royal Mail Shipping Label: firstname.lastname@example.org
2: Download, print and fully complete a Returns Form (Click Here).
3: Package your item securely Including the completed Returns Form within the parcel. Please be aware that any returns sent back without this form cannot be processed.
4: Please take your package to your local Royal Mail Post Office. Remember to keep a copy of your postage receipt, just in case. You will receive a notification when we receive it.
- Any Item must be returned within 28 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time
- Fitsix currently does not offer exchanges.
- A returned Item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be worn or in poor condition will not be refunded.
- We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons, absolutely no exceptions.
- Items with animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- Returns can take up to 7 days to process, if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet, please don't be alarmed.
- Any items bought in conjunction with an offer, this can only be returned to exchange for a like-for-like item.
- The returned parcel is the responsibility of the customer until Fitsix has acknowledged that the package has been received into our warehouse and our possession.
We cannot process any returns received without a returns form included in the package. If you do not have this form, please email us at: email@example.com
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you.
Any items purchased at an exhibition can only be returned for a like-for-like product, we will not be able to provide a refund for these items.

I want to return/exchange an item (Outside of UK)
We understand that an item may be unsuitable from time to time, and you're welcome to return your item back to us! We do not offer the option of exchanges for customers inside or outside the UK, but do offer a full refund on the item cost. Please be aware that this does not include a refund on the postage cost.
We do not currently offer free returns for customers outside of the UK. Therefore the customer is liable for the cost of returning your item. We recommend returning your order via your local postal service on a standard service with a tracking reference for your piece of mind. Please keep all postage receipts, just in case your order is lost in transit.

The parcel is the customers responsibility up until Fitsix has acknowledged that the package has been received into our warehouse. Once we've received your return back in our warehouse and it has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming what action has been taken.

You have sent me the wrong item.
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact our Returns Team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the following information:
• Your order number
• The name of the item you did not receive
• The name of the item you received in it's place
• A photograph of the item you have received
Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified to your satisfaction.
Unless proof that you have received an incorrect item has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.
You must process this claim with Fitsix within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please do not return any wrongly received goods unless advised by a member of our Returns Team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
I have received a faulty item.
In the unlikely event you have received a defective item, please Contact the Returns Team at email@example.com immediately with the following information:
• Your order number
• Which item is damaged
• A brief description
• Photographic evidence of defect.
If you parcel has been delivered and is already damaged upon delivery. Please keep photographic evidence of how the parcel arrived, before attempting to open the package. If there is no photographic evidence of tampered or damaged packaging, we cannot process a claim successfully with the courier.
Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund or exchange.
Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our Returns Team, it may result in a slower resolution time and we don't always require the faulty item back.
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 14 working days of the delivery date.
